Return & Refund Policy
Overview
At Gi-ecoservicers, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our event planning services. This Return & Refund Policy outlines our guidelines regarding deposits, payments, cancellations, and refunds.
Service Deposits
To secure your event date and our services, we require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service fee. This deposit confirms your booking and allows us to begin the planning process, decline other potential events for the same date, and allocate resources specifically for your event.
Cancellation & Refund Schedule
Our refund policy for cancellations is as follows:
- More than 90 days before event: 75% refund of paid amounts (excluding the initial deposit)
- 60-90 days before event: 50% refund of paid amounts (excluding the initial deposit)
- 30-60 days before event: 25% refund of paid amounts (excluding the initial deposit)
- Less than 30 days before event: No refund available
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@gi-ecoservicers.online. The date of receipt of your written cancellation notice will determine the applicable refund amount.
Rescheduling Policy
We understand that circumstances may require you to reschedule your event. Our rescheduling policy is as follows:
- More than 60 days before event: One-time rescheduling available at no additional cost, subject to our availability
- 30-60 days before event: Rescheduling available with a 15% administrative fee
- Less than 30 days before event: Rescheduling available with a 30% administrative fee
All rescheduled events must take place within 12 months of the original event date, and are subject to our availability.
Product Purchases & Merchandise
For any physical products or merchandise purchased through Gi-ecoservicers:
- Unused, unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase
- Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable
- Damaged or defective items should be reported within 48 hours of receipt
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective
Force Majeure
In the event that Gi-ecoservicers is unable to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or civil unrest), we will work with you to reschedule your event without additional fees. If rescheduling is not possible, we will provide a credit for future services minus any non-recoverable expenses already incurred on your behalf.
Refund Processing
All approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and will be issued using the original payment method when possible. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
